Kim's practice focuses on real estate and commercial finance, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing matters, tax-exempt bond financing; public-private partnership (P3), condominium development and ground lease structures. As an attorney, Kim uses her legal and business knowledge to represent clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including real estate of all types (including mixed-use projects), construction, leasing, financing, real estate management, and land use matters.
