  • Mark represented a shopping center owner in an action to enforce the city's obligations under a planned unit development agreement. He negotiated a favorable settlement that allowed for continued expansion of the center.

  • Mark represented an investor in a condominium project on fraud and breach of contract claims against the developer in Federal District court. He negotiated a favorable settlement following a successful motion to amend the complaint to add claims and defendants.

  • Mark represented a computer hardware reseller in an action against a broker employee alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of a noncompete agreement, and conversion. He obtained a favorable jury verdict including a rare award of punitive damages.

  • Mark represented landowners in an action against the county over an improper rezoning decision. Following briefing of a summary judgment motion, the county withdrew its defense and stipulated to a decision in his clients’ favor.
